Who they were
Agustín Alcalá Henke was born at Alcalá de Guadaíra near Seville on 7 June 1892, was unmarried and held a doctorate in law. He was wounded on 17 July 1936 and died the following day. Pope Francis beatified him on 18 November 2023.
