Who they were
In the town of Laski Piasnica near the city of Wejherowo in Poland, Blessed Alicja Kotowska, virgin of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Resurrection of the Lord and martyr, who during the war was shot dead for having steadfastly defended her faith in Christ.

The Roman Martyrology remembers her on 11 November as a Sister of the Resurrection shot during the war near Wejherowo for defending her faith in Christ.
