Ángel Martínez Miquélez

Who they were

Ángel Martínez Miquélez was born at Funes in Navarre on 2 March 1907, made temporary profession on 24 August 1925 and perpetual profession on 18 September 1928, and was ordained priest on 20 September 1930. He gave himself to teaching and to missionary work in several communities and was killed on 20 July 1936; Pope Francis beatified him on 22 October 2022.
