Italian priest of Padua who joined the Canossian Sons of Charity and led the congregation's growth
Who they were
Born at Fonzaso in the province of Belluno on 2 August 1881, he was ordained for Padua in 1905, taught in the seminary, was rector of the seminary of Fabriano, and in 1925 entered the Canossian Sons of Charity, whose growth he directed until his death on 7 July 1958 (the congregation gives 7 July; the Hagiography Circle record says 6 July).

Why that counted as sanctity
His congregation, the Canossian Sons of Charity, records that the diocesan phase of the canonisation process of the Servant of God Fr Angelo Pasa opened on 30 June 2002 and closed on 17 June 2006, after which the acts were sent to the Congregation for the Causes of Saints.
