Who they were
Angela Ginard Martí was born at Llucmajor, Majorca, on 3 April 1894, daughter of a captain of the Civil Guard, and was baptised two days later.
As Sister María de los Ángeles of the Zealous Sisters of Eucharistic Worship she taught children to pray and the catechism. She was martyred in the Spanish Civil War in 1936.
