Who they were

The Roman Martyrology names him on 10 September in a long list of blessed martyrs made up of priests and religious of the Order of Preachers, of the Order of Friars Minor and of the Society of Jesus, together with catechists, married couples, widows and their children.

He is named there as Antonio Coreano, catechist, with his wife Maria and their sons Giovanni and Pietro, all counted among the same company of martyrs.

The miracles

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.

Why that counted as sanctity

He was a catechist, put to death with his wife and their two sons.
