Who they were
A student of the Order of Friars Minor, born on 8 July 1913 at Velamazán in the province of Soria. Called up for military service, he was unable to finish his studies in theology.
He was beatified on 28 October 2007 by Benedict XVI, one of Víctor Chumillas Fernández and his twenty-one companions of the Order of Friars Minor.
