Who they were
At Najran in Arabia, the passion of Saints Arethas, prince of the city, and three hundred and forty companions, martyrs in the time of the emperor Justin, under Dhu Nuwas or Dun'an, king of Arabia.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 24 October as the prince of Najran martyred with three hundred and forty companions.
