Who they were
Arturo Tamarit Piñol, born at Solerás, near Lérida, on 2 August 1913, made his religious profession in the Congregation of the Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (the Claretians) on 15 August 1929 and was ordained a priest on 19 April 1936.
He was killed at Lérida on 25 July 1936, and Pope Francis beatified him with his companions on 21 October 2017.
