Who they were
At Lucera in Apulia, Blessed Augustin Kažotić, bishop, of the Order of Preachers, who first governed the Church of Zagreb and then, because of the hostility of the king of Dalmatia, went to the see of Lucera, where he took the greatest care of the poor and needy.

The Roman Martyrology does not describe the miracles approved in the cause.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 3 August as a Dominican bishop of Zagreb and then Lucera, devoted to the poor.
