Bartolomeo Dalmasoni

Who they were

Bartolomeo Dalmasoni was an Italian priest, born at Ponte San Pietro near Bergamo, who was seeing to the restoration of the church and friary; attacked in an underground place where he had taken refuge, he was scourged and then killed with a sword. He was one of Frederick Bachstein and thirteen companions of the Order of Friars Minor killed at Prague on 15 February 1611, and was beatified on 13 October 2012 by Benedict XVI.
