Who they were
Bernardo Cruz Pérez was born at Jaén on 17 April 1877 and was parish priest of San Pedro at Torredonjimeno. He was killed on 14 August 1936 at the age of fifty-nine. Pope Leo XIV beatified him on 13 December 2025.
