Who they were
Bernardo Sáiz Gutiérrez was born at Melgosa in Spain on 23 July 1896, made temporary profession of religious vows on 13 November 1920 and perpetual profession on 25 March 1924. He was killed on 20 July 1936, and Pope Francis beatified him on 22 October 2022.
