Who they were

The Roman Martyrology remembers him at London among the martyrs who suffered at Tyburn in the same year as Polydore Plasden and Eustace White, some for having entered England as priests and others for having helped them; the Acts of the Apostolic See list him among the one hundred and thirty-six English martyrs as a layman hanged at Tyburn on 10 December 1591. He was beatified by Pius XI on 15 December 1929.
