Who they were
At Aquileia in Friuli, Saints Cantius, Cantianus and Cantianilla, martyrs, who, arrested by the persecutor as they were leaving the city on a wagon, were at last led to execution.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 31 May as one of three martyrs arrested as they left Aquileia on a wagon and led to execution.
