At Montserrat in Spain, Blessed Carlos Navarro, priest of the Order of Clerics Regular of the Pious Schools and martyr, who during the persecution against religious was crowned with a glorious martyrdom.

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 22 September as a Piarist priest crowned with martyrdom at Montserrat.
