Who they were
Clara Fey was born in Aachen, Germany, on 11 April 1815. She founded the Sisters of the Poor Child Jesus to care for and educate poor children, first in Aachen and later in the Netherlands.
She died on 8 May 1894.
The miracles
A healing was approved by Pope Francis for her beatification. Its details are not given in the sources we found.
She was beatified in Aachen Cathedral. One more approved miracle is needed for canonisation.
Why that counted as sanctity
On 1991 the Church declared that this life showed the Christian virtues to a heroic degree, and gave the title Venerable. The case of a person was examined by the Church's doctors and theologians and approved as a miracle on 4 May 2017, opening the way to beatification. Beatification followed on 5 May 2018 by Cardinal Angelo Amato, for Pope Francis.
