Who they were
Cirilo Montaner Fabré, born at Vilanova y La Geltrú, near Barcelona, on 16 February 1873, made his religious profession in the Congregation of the Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (the Claretians) on 7 May 1897 and was ordained a priest on 29 June 1902.
He was killed at Montcada, near Barcelona, on 28 November 1936, and Pope Francis beatified him with his companions on 21 October 2017.
