Who they were
Claudia was a Christian woman of Rome whose greeting St Paul sends to Timothy (2 Timothy 4:21), along with Eubulus, Pudens and Linus. She seems to have been prominent in the Roman community; the Apostolic Constitutions call Linus, St Peter's successor, her son.
The miracles
The Catholic Encyclopedia does not describe how she came to be honoured as a saint.

A Christian of the first Roman Church, remembered in St Paul's letter.
