Who they were
Clemente Marchisio was born at Racconigi on 1 March 1833. A tireless priest, he served as curate at Cambiano and Vigone and then for 43 years as parish priest of Rivalba.
Without neglecting his parish, he founded and led for 28 years the Daughters of St Joseph, devoted above all to the Eucharist. He died at Rivalba on 16 December 1903.
