The decree on martyrdom lists her among the Daughters of the House of the Handmaids of the Blessed Sacrament and of Charity, born about 1871 at Bóveda in the diocese of Lugo in Spain and admitted to the Institute in 1898; in the world she was María Concepción Vázquez Áreas. She was beatified on 28 October 2007 by Pope Benedict XVI.

Named in the decree on martyrdom among Manuela del Corazón de Jesús and twenty-two companions of the Handmaids of the Blessed Sacrament and of Charity killed in Spain in 1936.
