Why that counted as sanctity
The archdiocese of Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz reported in October 2024 that the diocesan phase of his beatification cause had closed and the documents had gone to Rome. He was a layman from Santa Fe and an animator of the Salesian charism; the cause opened on 9 June 2022.
