Who they were

At Tyre in Phoenicia, today Lebanon, Saint Dorotheus, bishop, who, already as a priest, suffered much under the emperor Diocletian and, surviving until the time of Julian, under the latter's rule, at the age of one hundred and seven, is said to have honoured his venerable old age with martyrdom in Thrace.

The miracles

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 5 June as a bishop of Tyre said to have been martyred in Thrace at the age of 107 under Julian.
