Who they were
Dubricius (Dyfrig), one of the greatest of the Welsh saints, is said to have been born at Madley on the Wye and known as a scholar throughout Britain. He founded a college at Hentland and an abbey at Moccas, and is shown with two crosiers for the sees of Caerleon and Llandaff.
The Annales Cambriae give his death in 612. His later lives contain little that is historical.

There is no record of his canonisation; he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
