In the town of Liucun near the city of Renqiu, also in Hebei, the holy martyrs Elizabeth Qin Bian and her son Simon Qin Chunfu, fourteen years old, who in the same persecution, strong in the faith, overcame all the cruelties of their enemies.

The Roman Martyrology remembers her on 19 July as a martyr of the Boxer persecution who died with her fourteen-year-old son Simon.
