Who they were
At Florence, Blessed Mary of Jesus (Émilie) d'Oultremont, who in Belgium, a mother of four children, left a widow, without in any way neglecting her duties as a mother, devoted herself to founding and guiding the Congregation of the Sisters of Mary Reparatrix and, trusting in God's help and overcoming many difficulties, piously ended her earthly pilgrimage while returning to her homeland.

The Roman Martyrology remembers her on 22 February as a widowed mother of four who founded the Sisters of Mary Reparatrix.
