Who they were
Emilio Bover Albareda, born at Castellterçol, near Barcelona, on 31 August 1868, made his religious profession in the Congregation of the Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (the Claretians) on 1 October 1889 and was ordained a priest on 6 January 1898.
He was killed at Cervera on 20 August 1936, and Pope Francis beatified him with his companions on 21 October 2017.
