Commemoration of Saint Evagrius, bishop of Constantinople, who, sent into exile by the Emperor Valens, returned to the Lord as an outstanding witness of the faith.

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 6 March as a bishop of Constantinople exiled by the Emperor Valens.
