Who they were
Federico Codina Picassó, born at Barcelona on 7 May 1888, made his religious profession in the Congregation of the Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (the Claretians) on 15 August 1904 and was ordained a priest on 23 June 1912.
He was killed at Lérida on 21 July 1936, and Pope Francis beatified him with his companions on 21 October 2017.
