Born in Paris, she joined the Daughters of St Francis de Sales in 1873 and is regarded as the founder of the missionary branch that became the Salesian Missionaries of Mary Immaculate; she died at Dhaka. The Hagiography Circle gives her dates as 1883-1905; santiebeati.it gives 27 March 1850 to 18 March 1905 and is followed here.
