Who they were
At Carthage, in present-day Tunisia, the commemoration of Saint Rogatian, priest, to whom Saint Cyprian entrusted the administration of the Church of Carthage during the persecution of the emperor Decius, and who together with Saint Felicissimus suffered hardship and prison for the name of Christ.

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
