Who they were
The decree on martyrdom records that he was born in 1911, made his perpetual profession in 1934 and was killed on 26 August 1936. The Roman Martyrology commemorates him at Esplugues near Barcelona as a religious of the Salesian Society and martyr. He was beatified on 11 March 2001 by Pope John Paul II.
The miracles
As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology says that during the persecution he earned a place at the great banquet of heaven.
