Who they were
At Uzès in Narbonensis Gaul, in present-day France, Saint Ferréol of Uzès, bishop, who wrote a rule for monks and, sent into exile through envy, was after three years recognised as a true man of God and joyfully restored to his people.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 4 January as a bishop of Uzès who wrote a rule for monks and returned from exile.
