Who they were
At Hippo in Numidia, in present-day Algeria, twenty holy martyrs, whose faith and victory Saint Augustine celebrated; of them only the names of Fidentianus, bishop, Valeriana and Victoria are remembered.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 15 November as a bishop among the twenty martyrs of Hippo in Numidia whose faith and victory Saint Augustine celebrated.
