Who they were
At Poitiers in Aquitaine, now in France, Saint Florence, virgin, who, converted to the true God by the bishop Saint Hilary while he was exiled in the province of Asia, followed him on his return to his homeland.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: she has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers her on 1 December as a virgin converted by Saint Hilary in exile who followed him back to Poitiers.
