Who they were

Carolina Baron was born at Mailhac, France, on 12 December 1820 and took the religious name Frances of the Holy Spirit.

She founded the Institute of the Third Order of St Francis of Montpellier, and died at Saint-Chinian on 28 December 1882. Pope Francis recognised her heroic virtue on 9 October 2017. She is not the Filipino foundress of the same religious name.
