Who they were
At Seoul in Korea, Saint Francis Ch'oe Kyŏng-hwan, martyr, who, a catechist, brought before the prefect, would not deny the Christian faith and, held in prison, attained martyrdom amid tortures and torments without ever ceasing from prayer and the work of catechesis.
