In the village of Llosa de Ranes in the territory of Valencia, also in Spain, Blessed Francisco Ibáñez Ibáñez, priest and martyr, who, during the persecution against the faith, ended his life in adherence to Christ even unto death.

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 19 August as a priest martyred at Llosa de Ranes.
