Who they were
Born at Sarracín, near Burgos, on 16 June 1889 and ordained priest on 29 August 1915, he carried out his pastoral ministry in several communities and was killed on 30 November 1936. Pope Francis beatified him with José María Fernández Sánchez and his companions on 11 November 2017.
