Who they were
Francisco Rodríguez Carmona was born on 17 April 1910 in the village of Vera, in the province and diocese of Almería, and was ordained priest in 1933.
He was killed at Barranco del Chisme on 30 August 1936, and was beatified on 25 March 2017 by Pope Francis, among the companions of José Álvarez-Benavides de la Torre.
