Francisco Salinas Sánchez was born on 31 July 1914 at Almería. He was an aspirant of the Order of Friars Minor.
He was killed on 22 May 1938 at Turón, and Pope Francis beatified him on 25 March 2017 among José Álvarez-Benavides de la Torre and 114 companions, diocesan priests and lay faithful killed between 1936 and 1938.
