Frumentius of Carthage (the second)

Who they were
Commemoration of the holy martyrs Victorian, proconsul of Carthage, in present-day Tunisia, two brothers from present-day Henchir-Baboucha, and two merchants both named Frumentius, who, during the Vandal persecution under the Arian king Huneric, were tortured with dreadful torments for persevering in the Christian faith and so received the glorious crown.

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 23 March as the second of two merchants named Frumentius tortured under the Vandal king Huneric for persevering in the Christian faith.
