The Roman Martyrology records Blessed Germano Gozalvo Andreu, priest and martyr, who in the same persecution won the crown of glory for having borne witness to Christ.
The Acta Apostolicae Sedis record that he was taken from life a few weeks after his priestly ordination, at the age of twenty-three, on 22 September 1936.
