Who they were
Deported to Kazakhstan under Stalin and imprisoned for her faith, she lived as a consecrated laywoman, catechised and baptised children and led Sunday services where no priest could come.

Her cause was opened in January 2020 in Saratov, Russia, under Bishop Clemens Pickel and was transferred to the Diocese of Karaganda in August 2021, fifty years after her death; the documents reached the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints in Rome.
