An Oratorian of Turin who spent his later life at Cava de' Tirreni, where he restored the shrine of the Madonna dell'Olmo and was a noted confessor and catechist.

Santi e Beati records that the processes for his beatification began on 27 July 1927, a year after his death, and gives his birth date as 27 June 1846 against the 24 June recorded by the Hagiography Circle.
