Giuseppe Tovini

Who they were
Giuseppe Tovini was born at Cividate Camuno near Brescia on 14 March 1841, the first of seven children, and was brought up with strict discipline. His family's poverty cut short his schooling at Lovere.
A teacher, layman and father of a family, he opened many Christian schools and had public works built, always giving witness of prayer and virtue in everything he did.
