A Catalan engineer who returned to the faith as an adult and in 1946 founded the Hermandad Obrera de Acción Católica (HOAC), the Spanish Catholic workers movement.

The HOAC asked for his cause in 2001-2002 and Cardinal Rouco Varela opened the diocesan process in the archdiocese of Madrid on 8 July 2003; he is titled Servant of God.
