Who they were

At Starý Kynšperk near Eger in Bohemia, Blessed Hroznata, martyr, who, after the death of his wife and son, is said to have left the ducal court to join the Premonstratensian monks of Teplá; later captured by robbers while trying to defend the rights of the monastery, he was left to die of hunger.

The Roman Martyrology does not describe the miracles approved in the cause.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 14 July as a Bohemian nobleman who is said to have become a Premonstratensian at Teplá and was starved to death defending the monastery's rights.
