Who they were
At Jumièges, likewise in Neustria, in present-day French territory, Saint Hugh, bishop of Rouen, who at the same time governed the monastery of Fontenelle and the Churches of Paris and Bayeux and finally, having laid down these offices, ruled the monastery of Jumièges.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 9 April as a bishop of Rouen who also governed Fontenelle, Paris and Bayeux, and finally ruled Jumièges.
