Who they were
Luca Antonio Pirozzo was born at Bisignano near Cosenza on 26 August 1582. As a boy he went to Mass daily and meditated on the Lord's Passion even while working in the fields.
As Brother Humilis, a Friar Minor, he was known for prophecy and frequent ecstasies, and for the gifts of reading hearts, miracles and infused knowledge. He died at Bisignano on 26 November 1637.
